How Can Mediation

Address Mental Health

Issues in the Workplace?

Have you ever encountered issues with co-workers when

re-integrating an employee who has been off on medical leave?

Come and gain some insights and watch  Michelle Phaneuf (P.Eng, C.Med)

and Marjorie Munroe (C.Med) professional mediators and Co-Directors of the Workplace

Fairness Institute demonstrate how mediation can be used to address and resolve a

 workplace mental health issue.

We welcome all interested employers, employees, HR professionals, team leaders, business leaders, coaches and others to join us at a Mediation Demonstration in conjunction with the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Workplace Fairness Luncheon

Friday, January 18th  2013 at 11:45 am - 1:00 pm
Ric's Grill - 1436 8th Street SW

Dr. Nancy Love will lead us in a conversation about enhancing Workplace Fairness through Appreciative Inquiry (AI). AI involves, in a central way, the art and practice of asking questions that strengthen a system’s capacity to apprehend, anticipate, and heighten positive potential.

Nancy is a Calgary educator, author, coach, mediator, and entrepreneur. She received a Doctorate in Educational Research with a specialty in Leadership at the University of Calgary and currently presents her theories around the world.

In 2002 Nancy established the PULSE Institute, dedicated to fostering People Using Language Skills Effectively and with the mission world peace, one conversation at a time. She wrote and published PULSE – Conversations for Change in 2003 and recently published her new book Complex Pulse which takes her conflict conversation concept into even greater detail.

Join us for this exciting chance to meet Nancy and discuss how posing positive questions can impact your organization.
